Automatic
Gerber to Centroid Extraction Software
 PROCAM
uses advanced PROSCAN® algorithm to automatically find matching
components in the Gerber and calculate the centroid. PROCAM
also calculates the angle of the components automatically. PROCAM
is extremely fast in extracting centroids and extracts 100 components
in approximately 5 seconds*. The BOM Import function allows
automatic BOM matching with Centroid data. PROCAM exports data
in generic PROCAM format which can be used for SMT machine programming.
Optionally, PROCAM also generates Placement programs for Yamaha,
PHILIPS (GemLine), I-Pulse and also generates data in GenCAD
format. |

| Scan2Place
is an ideal solution for cases where Centroid Data as
well as Gerber data for a product is not available for
programming SMT Pick & Place Equipments. Scan2Place uses
a scanned image of the PCB and allows Centroid teaching
on an offline PC thereby eliminating any wastage of equipment
time for teaching data. The BOM Import function allows
automatic BOM matching with Centroid data. |

is an ideal solution for programming of Auto Insertion
equipment. Scan2Insert uses a scanned image of the PCB
and allows insertion data teaching on an offline PC. The
BOM Import function allows automatic BOM matching with
Centroid data. Scan2Insert outputs data in UIC PPU (Axial
as well as Radial) format as well as generic text format
for Panasert equipment. |
